The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering design for improvements to Yonezawa Blvd & SR 17 Intersection. The proposed improvements include constructing a multilane roundabout and extending Yonezawa Avenue East to accommodate four lanes of traffic, removal of exiting signal systems in?order to accommodate the proposed improvements and coordination with multiple agencies in preparation for construction. This project has 13% DBE goal. 

The City of Moses Lake reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these project(s).
