The project includes providing and installing an Avgas 100LL self-fueling station mounted on a concrete slab. The work shall include the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up training for City personnel. Bidders shall propose two options. Option A shall include a 12,000 U.S. gallon nominal capacity used and refurbished tank, and Option B shall include a 6,000 U.S. gallon nominal capacity new tank. The power and communications services will be trenched underground and connected to the services available at a nearby structure. The concrete slab and self-fueling station shall be installed at the Moses Lake Municipal Airport at 11905 Road 4 NE Moses Lake Washington.

All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUEL STORAGE PROJECT marked plainly thereon.

All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total of the bid.

All bidders shall be on the MRSC Small Works Roster prior to bid opening. Only bids from bidders who have received plans and specifications VIA the Civic Center Annex will be accepted. Copies of plans and specifications are on file for review at the cityofml.com Engineering projects website.
