Famous Palettes – Frida Kahlo

Mexican artist Frida Kahlo is the focus of another of our Famous Palette classes. While this artist is best known for her brilliantly colored self-portraits or scenes of life and death, she is also known for the beautiful floral touches that she added to many of her famous paintings. We will paint one of two exuberant florals, in bold, vibrant colors, in the folkloric style of this popular artist, as we discuss her life and paintings. For all skill levels and all supplies are included. Museum members are eligible for discounts on classes.
