Sgt. Steve Miers Retirement

Last week, Sergeant Steve Miers retired from the Moses Lake Police Department, after 28 years of outstanding service. During his career, Sergeant Miers worked a number of different positions within the department to include; police officer, Dare/GREAT officer, Field Training Officer, SWAT Officer, Detective, Corporal, Sergeant, Reserve Academy Instructor, and Reserve Coordinator. Sergeant Miers was well known in the community and certainly helped build trust between the citizenry and the department. The Moses Lake Police Department would like to commend Sergeant Miers for his selfless service, and wish him and his family the very best in the future
