The Finance Department mails renewal invoices annually each December. Renewal payments are due by January 31st. To ensure timely processing of your payment, please enclose a copy of the renewal invoice with your payment. Payments received after January 31st will result in a $50.00 late fee.
Exempt businesses as defined in Moses Lake Municipal Code 5.04.090 will receive an annual renewal registration (no fee invoice) which must be returned to the Finance Department no later than January 31st. Renewal fees do not apply to qualifying exempt businesses.
