Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & modification/change Policy

  • Weekday reservations (Monday - Thursday) must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, minus non-refundable processing fee and a $15 cancellation fee
  • Weekend reservations (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) must be canceled by 5 p.m. the Wednesday before to receive a refund, minus non-refundable processing fee and a $15 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations and modifications can only be done by calling the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services main office at 509-764-3805 between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
  • No Show/Non-Cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees.
