The Tuesday, March 9 meeting will start at 6 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. so the City Council can move right into business items once the study session is over. The City Council will vote on making the meeting time change permanent on Tuesday.
The City can now allow a limited number of people to physically attend the meeting. Guest occupancy will be limited to the designated seating of 12 audience members of public in the Council Chambers with overflow of 33 persons in the Auditorium. (Numbers limited to 25 percent occupancy, not including staff). People are required to complete this form before the meeting.
Guests attending in person will be required to self-evaluate for COVID-19 symptoms, maintain social distancing, and wear masks at all times.
