Biosolids Dewatering Project -2012

This project includes dredging/pumping, dewatering and stockpiling 500 tons of dry biosolids.  The biosolids shall be removed from a basin containing 4,000,000 gallons with a solids concentration of approximately 3.39%.

Estimated Project Cost: $150,000.00

Bidding information

Bid Opening: JULY 18, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.

  • Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until July 18, 2012; 2:00 P.M. Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. 
  • All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with WATER MAIN PROJECT - 2012 marked plainly thereon.
  • All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier's check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid.
  • Plans and specifications shall be obtained at the City Hall at the above address for a nonrefundable fee of $35.00
  • Only bids from bidders who have purchased plans and specifications at the City Hall will be accepted. Copies of plans and specifications are on file for review at various construction councils, and via the link above.
