Cost for Public Records
There is no fee for inspecting public records.

• Color, larger documents and digital media: Actual cost of reproduction
• Copies: Black and white copies (8.5" x 11" and 14") $0.15 per page
• Mailing: Actual cost of postage and mailing materials
• Scanned and electronic copies $0.15 per page

The City may: 

• Provide copies in installments
• Require advance payment before providing further installments
• Require a deposit of 10 percent of the estimated cost prior to the copies being made
