Folksinger Hank Cramer shares tales from the history of our region, told through the songs of the people who lived through those experiences. Come prepared to sing along!
Hank Cramer is a national-touring folksinger from the Pacific Northwest, best known for his booming bass voice, wry humor, and smooth flat-picking on a vintage guitar. He sings a huge repertoire of traditional and contemporary folksongs that cover the spectrum from Celtic to Appalachian to miners’ ballads to sea-shanties to cowboy songs.

Our winter Community Gallery featured artist Patrick Fleming invites you to experience the harmonic melody of his Musicians series. View the expressive nature of his lively acrylic and watercolor portraits. Fleming specializes in a variety of media; in fact, you can also find his ceramic works for sale in our Museum Store.
He resides in Kennewick, WA where he takes pleasure in painting and creating every day.

This class will provide students with the opportunity to expand on their skills in charcoal drawing. With a focus on techniques such as composition, perspective, shading and highlighting, students will develop creative problem solving and skills necessary for working with charcoal medium.

We will cover the topics of Lines, Shapes, Proportions, Perspective, and Shading. We will also dig deeper into topics like measuring objects, how to find basic geometric shapes, and most importantly, the full process of drawing a fully shaded still life.
