The City of Moses Lake is suspending water turn-offs for delinquent utility accounts and will not charge fees for late utility payments until further notice. While the utility office remains closed to the public, clerks remain available to help serve the community via phone and email. If you need assistance, please call our office at 509-764-3715 or email The following options are available to pay your City utility bill.

  • Online at using Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® or e-check
  • Mail check or money order to: PO Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837
  • Drop Box located behind the City Annex Building located at 321 S. Balsam St.
  • Over the phone by calling 509-764-3715 or 509-764-3719
  • At this time, we are not accepting cash payments. Please do not leave cash in the drop box. An acceptable alternative would be a money order or pre-paid credit card which can be purchased at local grocery stores. Customers can mail money orders or utilize the drive-thru drop box located behind the City Annex Building. Pre-paid credit cards can be used over the phone or online at to make utility payments.
