PiYo® LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. But there’s no time to stop and chant ommm—because you won’t pose—you’ll push it. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen— all in one empowering PiYo LIVE workout! Great for all fitness levels (all moves can be modified). Ages 14 and older are welcome. Younger participants are welcome with participating family member.

This 60 minute class is a perfect combination of stretching, strengthening, and balance. Seniors of all abilities can participate. Stretching and Strengthening exercises can be done seated or standing. The Balance portion of the class is done standing up, but allows participants to sit at any time. Increasing and improving our balance is an important factor in fall prevention. We are never too old or too young to prevent falls. The purpose of this class is to increase flexibility and strength, in order to perform daily functions and activities, in the best shape possible. Enjoy lively music, and meet some amazing members of your community. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Hand weights are not provided; feel free to bring your own, they are recommended, but not required
