Boot camp is designed for athletes 18 years and older of all different athletic abilities who want a challenge. These group workouts are designed to push your body and mind. Workouts include but are not limited to cardio training and free weights, as well as body weight, circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Tabata. Modifications of exercises are encouraged. “The five S’s of sports training are: stamina, speed, strength, skill and spirit; but the greatest of these is spirit,” Ken Doherty.
