View all calendars is the default. Choose "Select a Calendar" to view a specific calendar. Unchecking the "All Calendars" box will deselect all of them, then check the box for the specific calendar to view.

Select the arrows on either side of the current month to change the month.

Healing Through Art Class

Take a moment out of your day to relax, process your emotions and create some fun, stress-free artwork. We will be doing two unique healing arts exercises that will guide you through a creative journey where the ending result will not be critiqued or judged by the teacher. You can also choose to share your finished projects with the group. This class requires no art experience and all materials are included.

Ages: 18 years and older
