Stick & Puck

Register for individual nights or for the session. Stick and Puck is available for beginner and advanced hockey players to practice and develop their skills. All ages welcome. Full hockey equipment suggested; however, a stick, gloves and helmet are required at minimum and players under the age of 18 are required to wear face protection. Hockey skates may be rented at the skate shack for $4. Check in at the skate shack to pay and sign a waiver. Please note: No scrimmaging or games allowed.
Beginning Hockey
Date: Tuesdays & Thursdays Session 1: November 28, 30, December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19 & 21, 2023 Session 2: January 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23 & 25, 2024
Time: 4:45 - 5:45 p.m.
Ages: Boys & Girls 4-10 years old
Cost: $60 per person per session Session 1 Session 2
Instructors: Pam and Scott McKinsey & Moses Lake Hockey Coaches Instruction in hockey fundamentals with an emphasis on skating, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm for the sport. All skill levels are welcome, and knowledge of the game is not required. Players aged 4-10 can be provided the following equipment (shin pads, elbow pads, gloves, helmet, pants, shoulder pads and stick) on a first come first serve basis for a $20 rental fee for the duration of the beginner hockey program. Players 8-14, MLYHA may have a limited amount of larger sized gear available on a first come, first serve basis for a rental fee of $20 for the duration of the Beginning Hockey program. Minimum gear requirements for this age group include: Helmet, elbow pads, shin pads, skates, and stick. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN SKATES AND HOCKEY SOCKS.
